Because Hart is so finely woven, moisture in the air can occasionally make its edges curl up. A simple solve for this is to bend back that corner of the rug so you can curl the edge in the opposite direction, rolling it into a little burrito back and forth until it lies flat. Before anything is sketched, our in-house design team starts with the weave. Materials, technique, and style then emerge. When finalized, Studio Revival rugs are sampled extensively until each piece is just right.

Material

Jute is a carbon-neutral crop that grows with minimal water, beloved for its golden sheen and natural tonal variation. Its high tensile strength makes it well-suited for high-traffic areas.

We partnered with a small, third-generation weaving house known for their exceptional eye for color and unparalleled flatweaving skills.
