All the character of jute, none of the bulk - Hart in Crimson brings a tart cherry tone to our signature brindled jute ombré.

- Part of our Hart Collection, this jute flatweave is available in an array of shapes, sizes, and colors.
- Made in India
- 100% natural solid-dyed jute
- Flatweave: about .2" thick (5-6mm)

- Fibers are hand-sorted by color for a subtle, brindled look
- Low-shed and biodegradable
- Due to its handmade nature a 5% variance in size, color and texture is to be expected.
- We highly recommend adding a rug pad for stability, comfort, and longevity. Trust us—it’s worth it.
Care
+
See our Care Guide for more details
- Spot clean only
- Vacuum on low power with a non-rotary vacuum or suction attachment
- Light shedding, fiber breakage, and matting may occur in high-traffic areas
Because Hart is so finely woven, moisture in the air can occasionally make its edges curl up. A simple solve for this is to bend back that corner of the rug so you can curl the edge in the opposite direction, rolling it into a little burrito back and forth until it lies flat. See what we mean here .

Before anything is sketched, our in-house design team starts with the weave. Materials, technique, and style then emerge. When finalized, Studio Revival rugs are sampled extensively until each piece is just right.
Material
Jute is a carbon-neutral crop that grows with minimal water, beloved for its golden sheen and natural tonal variation. Its high tensile strength makes it well-suited for high-traffic areas.
Maker
We partnered with a small, third-generation weaving house known for their exceptional eye for color and unparalleled flatweaving skills.
