Before anything is sketched, our in-house design team starts with the weave. Materials, technique, and style then emerge. When finalized, Studio Revival rugs are sampled extensively until each piece is just right.

Material

Used in weaving for centuries, wool is prized for its soft texture and strength. Lanolin, naturally present in all wools, gives this fiber a subtle luster and hydrophobic barrier, protecting it from dirt and shedding. The wool is woven onto a cotton warp for durability.

Our weaving partner has been in the industry for over 15 years, as a Good Weave-certified company they’re committed to creating ethical and sustainable high-quality rugs.
